Payment Methods Supported

We accept the following payment modes:

  1. Online via PhonePe Payment Gateway

    • UPI (PhonePe app, BHIM UPI, other UPI apps)

    • Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

    • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

    • Net Banking

  2. Cash On Delivery (COD)

    • Available on select pin-codes (see our FAQs for coverage).

    • COD orders incur an additional ₹60 handling fee per shipment.


2. Cash On Delivery (COD) Terms

  • Order Placement

    • Choose “Cash On Delivery” at checkout.

    • We reserve the right to verify your shipping address and phone number before confirming COD orders.

  • Availability

    • COD offered all the cities; check availability on the product page.

  • Handling Fee

    • A flat ₹60 COD fee is added to cover cash collection logistics.

  • Delivery & Payment

    • Pay the full order amount (product + COD fee) in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Returns & Refusals

    • If you refuse to accept the package, we will deduct ₹60 (return shipping & restocking) from your refund.

    • Refunds for refused COD orders will be processed to your original payment method (bank account/UPI) within 7–9 business days.


3. Online Payment Processing (PhonePe)

  1. Checkout Redirection
    – You are redirected to PhonePe’s secure checkout page upon order confirmation.

  2. Encryption & Authentication
    – All card and UPI details are TLS/SSL encrypted. PhonePe handles OTP/CVV and fraud checks.

  3. Authorization & Settlement
    – Issuing banks authorize transactions; approved funds settle to our merchant account on a T+2 business-day cycle.


4. Security and Compliance

  • PhonePe Gateway is PCI DSS compliant.

  • We do not store sensitive payment data on our servers—everything is managed by PhonePe’s secure infrastructure.


5. Fees and Charges

  • PhonePe Standard Plan:
    – No setup fee, no annual maintenance.
    – Transaction fees per PhonePe’s prevailing rates.

  • Enterprise Plan:
    – Customized pricing for high-volume merchants.

  • COD Fee:
    – ₹30 per order (non-refundable, except when converted to pre-paid).


6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Pre-paid Orders (PhonePe)
    – UPI: IMPS credit same/next business day.
    – Cards: 7–9 working days to original card.
    – Wallet: Instant to PhonePe wallet.

  • COD Orders
    – Refused deliveries: Refund within 7–9 working days to your specified bank/UPI.
    – Cancellations before dispatch: Full refund minus ₹60 COD fee.


7. Failed Transactions & Disputes

  • Online: No debit on failure; any erroneous captures auto-reversed per refund timelines.

  • COD: If the courier fails delivery due to address issues, you may incur return shipping and restocking charges.
