Order Processing Time All orders placed on Tragify are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Tragify is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping (customs clearance, tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages Tragify is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected. All international orders may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges.
