REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. OVERVIEW

This policy applies to all purchases from Tragify, including in-app feature unlocks (digital goods) and physical hardware trackers and accessories. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

  1. DIGITAL GOODS (Feature Unlocks / License Keys)

All one-time digital purchases are final once delivered or unlocked. Refunds are available only in the limited scenarios and timeframes described in section 5.

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Trackers, Cables, Accessories)

Standard Retail Units
• You must request an RMA within 15 calendar days of delivery.
• The item must reach our warehouse within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Refund or replacement is processed 5–7 business days after our quality check.

Defective on Arrival (DOA)
• You must request an RMA within 10 calendar days of delivery.
• The item must reach our warehouse within 20 calendar days of delivery.
• Refund or replacement is processed 3–5 business days after our quality check.

To request an RMA, email contact@tragify.com with your order ID and photos of the product. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in India. Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and have matching serial/IMEI numbers.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If you wish to cancel a physical order before we ship, email contact@tragify.com before you receive shipping confirmation. We will void or reverse the charge the same day. Once the order is in transit, the return terms in section 3 apply. Digital unlocks cannot be canceled once payment is completed.

  1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR DIGITAL PURCHASES

Technical Fault (feature unusable after troubleshooting)
Submit your request within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Unauthorized Charge (payment without consent)
Provide proof within 48 hours of the charge appearing.

Requests after these windows cannot be considered.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Physical Products

  1. Email contact@tragify.com with subject “RMA Request – [Order ID]” Or login to the user account and then raise the refund.

  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and prepaid return label.

  3. Ship the item within the return window.

  4. After our quality check, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

  5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

• Change of mind after digital unlock or app download
• Forgetting to cancel a physical order after dispatch
• Using Tragify on unsupported devices or OS versions
• Misuse or ignoring documented limitations
• Requests submitted outside the eligibility windows in sections 3 or 5

We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always posted at https://tragify.com/page/refund. Continued use of our products or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

By purchasing any Tragify product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these refund and cancellation terms and the specified timeframes.
