Return & Exchange Policy (Effective 06 May 2025)

1. Overview

We want you to track with total confidence. If a Tragify product doesn’t meet expectations, you may return or exchange it within the timeframes below. This policy applies to all items purchased directly from Tragify Technologies Pvt. Ltd. through our website (tragify.com) or authorised pop‑up stores in India.

*Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays in India.

3. Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition with all packaging, cables, manuals, and protective films intact.
  • Serial number and IMEI (if applicable) must match our shipment records and must not be tampered.
  • Returns posted after the above deadlines, or items showing misuse (cracks, water ingress, modified firmware) are ineligible.
  • Software licences, subscription vouchers, and batteries sold separately are non‑returnable except where defective under consumer law.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Tragify account → Orders › Request Return/Exchange
    or email support@tragify.com with your order ID and reason.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack safely, affix the label, and drop it within 5 calendar days.
  4. After QC approval, we process your refund or send a replacement.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

If stock is available, we dispatch your replacement within 24 hours of QC approval and email a new tracking ID. Discontinued models qualify for a full refund or upgrade for the price difference.

7. Warranty Support (After 15 Days)

All Tragify hardware carries a 12‑month limited warranty.

8. Damaged Delivery or Wrong Item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos—we’ll arrange a free reverse pick‑up and priority replacement.
